Alice’s Road/105th Street Corridor 
The corridor offers more than 1,300 acres of land for immediate development. It also provides access to a future Interstate 80 interchange and the longest north-south transportation corridor in the western Des Moines Metropolitan area. Current occupants along the corridor include:

U.S. Highway 6/Hickman Road Corridor
This corridor is a major east-west transportation route and a direct connection to the I-80/35 interchange. The Raccoon River Valley Trail runs adjacent to the highway in the Waukee area and then winds into the countryside. The corridor is ideal for retail, commercial and office development and is currently home to professional offices, banks, retail outlets and restaurants.
